Accepting a Job

You can accept a job if you are a member of the Task Audience for a posted job, and the job has not been accepted by another user.

  1. In the Workbench Ribbon, click the Task tab, then click Jobs Posted to <User Name>.
  2. From the list of jobs, right-click the job ticket of interest and select Task > Accept Job.
You are notified that the job ticket has been assigned to you.
Tip: In the Workbench Ribbon, click Jobs Assigned to <User Name> to confirm you have been assigned the job. The job you accepted appears in the list.
