Assigning a Job

You can assign a job to a different user.

  1. Right-click the job ticket and select Task > Assign Job.
    An Assign Job webform appears. The user to whom the job ticket is currently assigned is displayed.
  2. Select a different user from the list.
  3. Optionally, enter information in the Log Entry field about the assignment.
  4. Click OK.
You are notified the job has been reassigned. An email notification is sent to the user to whom the job is now assigned.
